Saturn or Shani, is the second biggest planet of our solar system. It rules the sign of Capricorn and Aquarius, which falls in the 10th and the 11th house of the natural zodiac. It is friendly with Mercury, Venus, Rahu and Ketu. It’s neutral to Jupiter, whereas Sun, Moon and Mars are its enemies. Saturn is influential and positive if placed in Libra, its place of exaltation; own sign of Capricorn and Aquarius or a friendly sign and it is negative when debilitated in the sign of Aries.
